Scenario 10: Kevin has just purchased the latest video game, Too Fast '22. He and his friends enjoy playing games on the computer. His best friend Vince also likes to play video games, but doesn't have the money to buy the latest games. Kevin decides to be a good friend and give a copy of the game to Vince.
I believe that Kevin is misusing technology in this scenario by copying a video game for Vince. This is misuse of technology because the video game is someone's property, and they have the right to make money off of it. Because Kevin decided to copy the game he took away a potential sale from of the game, losing any money he would make off of it. Vince also is misusing technology by playing an illegally copied game. If he does not have the money to purchase the game he should wait until he does.
